What we do with your photo

Our photo tool is fully automatic. When you upload a photo:

• Your photo is processed in memory only. The original file and the finished result move through our servers in memory and are released as soon as processing finishes.
• We do not write your photo to disk. Originals and processed results are not saved to any file system or storage account.
• We do not store your photo in a database. No records of your upload, its metadata, or the result are kept anywhere on our servers.
• We do not use your photo to train models. Uploaded photos never enter training data or any machine-learning pipeline beyond the real-time processing you requested.
• We do not share your photo with third parties. No analytics, advertising, cloud, or partner service receives your photo or its contents.
• Processing is automatic and no staff member views uploads. There is no manual review step at any point, and our team cannot open the photos submitted to the tool.

How long your photo exists

Your photo exists only for the few seconds it takes our server to produce your result. Once the response is delivered, the memory is released and there is nothing left to delete.

Consent

Before you use the photo tool, we ask you to confirm this notice. Your confirmation is kept in your own browser (localStorage) and is tied to policy version 2026-09. It is not sent to us as a record — we use it only to enable the tool for you. Each processing request must carry your consent, so the tool cannot be used without it.
